For long-lasting and neat parking lots, Marsden Road Construction offers you three construction choices.
For light traffic in small office or residential parking areas where there should not be a requirement for heavy vehicles to turn, you can seriously consider brick paving. There are various brick paving material options with merits that you can discuss with your site designer or with MasterPaving. MasterPaving project manages the site clearing, levelling, drainage, base preparation, kerbing and brick paving. All surplus material and rubble is removed from the site so that the parking area can be neatly marked or painted and signage installed.
For a distinctive and decorative finish to light traffic parking and pedestrian areas, we recommend one of our range of concrete finishes.
For heavier traffic in larger areas where lorries and trucks will need to turn and may apply heavy pressure to the road surface, it is preferable to use tarmac road construction. Master Road construction has extensive experience of constructing tarmac parking lots for residential complexes, shopping malls, light industrial complexes, factories etc. Our tarmac maintenance and repair services are available for existing asphalt parking areas and for extensions to existing parking lots.
No surfacing job is properly finished until the paintwork is done. Our road marking teams paint standardised lane and bay markings; erect the requisite reference coded signage; and install studs where needed.
