Marsden Road Construction has been involved in the construction and tarring of the roadways for various large shopping malls.
As a result, we thoroughly understand the project management of such sites and how to coordinate the road engineering and surface construction processes. Our project management team coordinates the site clearing, levelling, drainage, base preparation, kerbing , brick paving and tarring of shopping mall projects. All surplus material and rubble is removed from the site so that the parking area can be neatly marked and signage installed by our MasterRoads division.
Where shopping mall parking areas have become worn and need repair or maintenance, we manage work areas and traffic flow to ensure that shoppers will not experience frustration when parking .
